Seasonal Pool & Spa Maintenance Technicians

We are hiring Seasonal Pool & Spa Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the pool season. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for hands-on, outdoor work during the warmer months. For the right candidate, this seasonal role can lead to a full-time, year-round position. Training is provided — no prior pool experience is required.

As a Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operating efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal

  • Test and balance pool water chemistry

  • Inspect pool equipment and report needed repairs

  • Maintain filters, pumps, and other pool systems

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service

  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications
  • Previous pool maintenance experience preferred (not required, training is available)

  • Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

 Pool Service Technicians

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pool Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation for residential and/or commercial pools. This position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work.

Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and valves

  • Install and replace pool equipment and plumbing components

  • Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

  • Identify issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions

  • Maintain accurate service records

  • Provide professional, courteous customer service

  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

  • Previous pool equipment or mechanical repair experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Valid driver’s license

  • 3+ years pool experiences
