Seasonal Pool & Spa Maintenance Technicians
We are hiring Seasonal Pool & Spa Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the pool season. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for hands-on, outdoor work during the warmer months. For the right candidate, this seasonal role can lead to a full-time, year-round position. Training is provided — no prior pool experience is required.
As a Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operating efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Inspect pool equipment and report needed repairs
Maintain filters, pumps, and other pool systems
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
Previous pool maintenance experience preferred (not required, training is available)
Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Pool Service Technicians
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pool Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation for residential and/or commercial pools. This position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and valves
Install and replace pool equipment and plumbing components
Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Identify issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Maintain accurate service records
Provide professional, courteous customer service
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
Previous pool equipment or mechanical repair experience preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years pool experiences
