Joe’s journey began with his dad & uncle Hector working for Spoelstra’s, braving snow and harsh weather to clean pools. After a turning point in Joe’s life, he envisioned a change. Expressing his desire to start his own business, he took over the maintenance part of Spoelstra’s with special thanks from John Spoelstra.

Seeking more than just being a worker, Joe built his team. Soon after, Terri joined as a partner managing paperwork and taxes, while Jacob became a valuable addition to the field. Aqua Link expanded in 2013, growing to 12 employees and diversifying into service, repair, restoration, and painting—setting water at its finest standards.
